This website is operated by DRIPSY (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for the purpose of showcasing and selling original artwork and prints.
By using this website, you agree that you are doing so lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All artwork displayed on this website, including paintings, sketches, photographs, digital files, and written content, is the sole property of the artist.
You may not:
* Copy or reproduce any artwork
* Use images for commercial purposes
* Alter or redistribute artwork without explicit written permission
Purchasing an artwork does **not** grant reproduction rights.
3. Original Art Sales
All original paintings sold on this website are one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated.
Due to the handcrafted nature of original art, slight variations or imperfections may occur and are part of the work’s authenticity.
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Shipping of Large Artwork
Large artwork often requires special handling, custom packaging, and freight shipping.
* Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination.
* Delivery times may be longer due to specialized transportation.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Damage During Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within **48 hours of delivery**, including photos of the packaging and damage.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but responsibility for shipping damages lies with the carrier once the artwork leaves our studio.
6. Commissions & Custom Work
Custom and commissioned artworks require approval and often require a deposit before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
Completion timelines are estimated and may vary due to artistic process and material availability.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
8. Website Content
The website content is provided for informational and commercial purposes only.
We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of artwork.
