Due to the handcrafted nature of original art, slight variations or imperfections may occur and are part of the work’s authenticity.
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Shipping of Large Artwork
Large artwork often requires special handling, custom packaging, and freight shipping.
* Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination.
* Delivery times may be longer due to specialized transportation.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Damage During Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within **48 hours of delivery**, including photos of the packaging and damage.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but responsibility for shipping damages lies with the carrier once the artwork leaves our studio.
6. Commissions & Custom Work
Custom and commissioned artworks require approval and often require a deposit before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
Completion timelines are estimated and may vary due to artistic process and material availability.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping+Return Policy
1. Order Processing
All original artwork is carefully prepared and packaged before shipping.
· Most in-stock works ship within 3–7 business days
· Commissioned works may require additional handling and preparation time
· Customers will be notified once the artwork has shipped
All shipped artwork will not exceed **26" x 5" x 26"** in packaging size.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship through professional carriers and art-handling services depending on destination and delivery requirements.
Shipping method is selected based on:
· Destination
· Package size and weight
· Service availability
Transit times vary depending on location and carrier schedules.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
· Artwork dimensions
· Package weight
· Destination
· Handling requirements
· Insurance coverage (if selected)
In some cases, shipping rates may be provided separately for certain destinations or special circumstances.
4. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available **for purchase** at checkout or upon request.
· Insurance covers loss or damage during transit
· Insurance cost is based on the declared value of the artwork
· If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage once the item leaves our studio
Mr. Happywood is not responsible for carrier-related issues when insurance is declined.
5. Risk of Loss
Once artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, **risk of loss transfers to the buyer**, regardless of insurance selection.
6. Delivery & Receiving
Buyers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
Upon delivery, buyers must:
· Inspect the packaging and artwork immediately
· Report any visible damage promptly
Any additional delivery attempts or rescheduling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Transit Damage or Delivery Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged or if there are any delivery issues, you must:
· Contact us within **48 hours of delivery**
· Provide clear photos of:
· The artwork
· Packaging
· Shipping label
· Any damage
We will assist with insurance or carrier claims when applicable. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for claims.
8. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork, **all sales are final**.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
9. International Shipping
For international orders:
· Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees
· Delivery times vary due to carrier and customs processing
· We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
10. Force Majeure / Delays
Mr. Happywood is not responsible for delays caused by:
· Weather events
· Carrier disruptions
· Natural disasters
· Government actions
